Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging . You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions for sending your package.
Items returned without prior request will not be accepted .

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective , damaged or if you received the wrong item , so that we can assess the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Personal care products (cosmetics, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts regarding a specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get another item is to return the product you have , then place a new order once the return is accepted.


14-day withdrawal period (European Union)

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days , without having to provide any justification .
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging , with the receipt or proof of purchase .


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, an automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days .

Please note that processing by your bank or card issuer may take some time.
